We have been using this set for about 3 months, the sharpness has remained at the same level. We really have to dry our hands immediately after washing our hands, otherwise there will be water stains, otherwise an excellent knife set will be up to date after 6 months: Even when washing and drying hands, the knives lose the graphite coating on the handles. The surface quality is poor and does not last long
