I have bought this headset 3 times in 3 years and it is by far the best headset for finish and sound. The microphone quality is really clear and sounds great. My last headset purchase didn't come with any accessories in the box compared to the first one I bought. The only problem with this headset is that the headphone jack doesn't stand up to daily use and the cables inside lose connection and break over time. I use it sometimes 10 hours a day. On my new headset, I used a piece of shrink wrap to reinforce the headphone jack. Seems to hold on
