Very comfortable and breathable. I love it because it stays clean. I work with animals and my other tapes get worn out, hairy or just plain dirty over time. This is easy to clean. It keeps water underneath so I have to loosen it when I wash my hands and I have to make sure it dries underneath. He lost metal filings for the first week, but that seems to have stopped. The only thing I would change is that the magnet sticks to the metal on the outside and my watch rises. Luckily it grinds, but it gets annoying when it sticks to my badge clip or metal objects, I wish it was neutral on the outside. As it is not smooth it also snags on the ropes at the side so watch out for ropes/tassels on your clothing that can snag them.
