Cute, low quality is the best in dresses
Cute dress, definitely not high quality, judging by the photo the fabric is thin and almost transparent in the light. Definitely not worth more than $28. It looks like hand embroidery, but it's not. Large size just fits, not too big, needs gentle washing or maybe never wear again.
