Badly made, good. It is a solid composite mix that should hold up well to the elements. The closure system works well and there are two internal flaps connected with velcro. The device is attached to the steering wheel with zippers. While this seems to work, if you don't have a windshield on your bike this bag will move. If you omit the zippers to keep the bag from moving, it will end up looking clunky and uneven. Then it also reduces what you can keep in the bag. I have a luggage net and enough space for a few small things. I have a Suzuki Boulevard and it looks like he owns it. Handling the bag requires some experience. I like to keep my ID in my pocket so I can easily get to and from work by just reaching for my ID. This bag gets the job done, but the extra inner flap makes things a little more difficult. If I had sunglasses or something, the extra flap provides good weather protection. It's a plus and a minus and I'm glad I don't have a bag.
