Worked well until it fell apart

I only bought this adapter 3 months ago. It was great and worked great! Until yesterday when part of the bottom connector just fell out. The adapter has only been used a handful of times and has never been dropped or bumped into. That way I wouldn't think it would accidentally fall apart. I wish I could give it five stars as it should be exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I have to throw this adapter and my money in the trash.
