Very warm. But I'll probably send them back. The heating pads move everywhere. I thought they were gloved everywhere, but this is a square, maybe 2 x 2 inch (roughly) square warmer that just moves everywhere! And I bought them because of the pain in my hands. Not just to keep your hands warm. So I don't just need them to warm my palms, where that place always seems to want to be. . Maybe just in an area that's warmer at that particular time
