When I received the laptop, it came with what appeared to be a third-party charger. The quality of the chargers was very cheap, flimsy and looked like it could break at any moment. Then booted up the laptop, everything was fine. First. Upon further investigation, a dead pixel was found on the screen. If a replacement was offered, no big deal. Maybe it was just a lemon. But the support team insisted there was nothing they could do and that a replacement was not possible. As a college student this thin and light laptop seems perfect, plus I bought it when it was on sale and not for $1,000. However, given the almost unhelpful customer service, as well as the replacement policy, I would look elsewhere. After a useless contact with Amazon customer service I contacted LG customer service and apparently the charger is not even the charger it was supposed to come with.
