Recommendation: Medical supplies and equipment

Long working hours always cause pain in the lumbar spine at night. My friend introduced me to this pillow. He told my brother this is exactly what you need. So I took it home with me. Perfect. I put it on the sofa while I watch TV. Offers full back support. It didn't press my back. I fell asleep on the couch with no pain. I think I need to buy another one. So I don't have to push it back and forth between the sofa and the bed.
