I bought the handbag specifically for special occasions when going somewhere "hands free" was useful. I've never owned a shoulder bag and I didn't like the look of it, but I was surprised at how cute it was and I really liked it. my DL and cash (no coins), my phone and some extra masks. Very light and I've only used it 5 times when unfortunately the strap broke the day after closing the return window (while I was away). There is no way to attach or fix it other than taking it to another location, which will most likely cost more than a wallet. Now I can't return it or exchange it for a new one. This is really disappointing. However, I will say that my sister originally told me about the handbag and she loves it - it comes in multiple colors and they all suit her.
