Description of MICHELIN Pilot Sport 4 SUV 255/50 R20 109 year old

Summer tires Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV are designed for a wide range of urban crossovers and SUVs. The Pilot Sport 4 SUV has been co-developed with leading car manufacturers to achieve the optimum balance of performance in today''s high center of gravity vehicles. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV tire features short braking distances on dry and wet surfaces, high wear resistance and durability. With a width of 275 millimeters or more, the tire tread has an additional rib. The asymmetric tread design, divided into outer and inner parts, guarantees a high level of performance: the outer side of the tread provides confident grip on dry surfaces, and the inner side is responsible for maximum grip on wet surfaces. Deep longitudinal drainage channels provide effective water drainage from the contact patch and thus reduce the risk of aquaplaning. The new compound, enriched with "functional elastomers" able to take the form of the smallest bumps in the road surface, is responsible for providing maximum grip on wet roads. The carcass construction includes an aramid-nylon layer that enhances tire stability at ultra-high speeds. The optimized geometric shape of the tread blocks improves handling due to less deformation of the blocks themselves. The sporty sidewall design, created with Premium Touch Technology, gives the tire''s outer sidewall lettering a premium ''velvet effect''. According to the results of tests conducted by TUV SUD for Michelin, in August-September 2018, on the Audi Q5 2.0 TDI, the Pilot Sport 4 SUV in size 235/60 R18 took the first place in its class in wet and dry braking. coating. In addition, the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV tire offers the durability and toughness required for high performance SUVs. This was confirmed by DEKRA Test Center experts after long-term tests on a Hyundai Santa Fe CRDI car.

Good value for money, I recommend.

Auto - Mercedes GL500. Size 275/50 R20. Cold pressure 2.3. Last season I skated Hakku Black 2, so the comparison will be with her. Being a longtime fan of Nokian products, he decided to try another brand again. According to the main characteristics of the tires are similar. Excellent handling and brakes on any surface. There is also a similarity in a slight sensitivity to the track. But there are also differences. Mishka's main plus is the super comfortable passage of all road bumps. Hakka…

Pros
  • Very soft and comfortable. It copes well with all the bumps and pits on the roads (even large ones) Excellent grip / braking properties on dry / wet pavement. Bibendum on the sidewall looks beautiful :)))
Cons
  • PRICE! Slight sensitivity to rutting. They make a little noise. Soft rubber wears out pretty quickly and absorbs all the debris from the roads. The tread depth is only 4.9mm to the limiters (total depth 6.5mm) Few promotions when buying Michelin tires. Extended warranty for individuals only. persons. There is a real lack of a digital tire wear indicator like Hakki’s (I had to put a barbell in the car. I don’t trust Chinese trinkets-indicators)

I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

Two-set Catalan 245/40/18 Volkswagen Passat GLS 295/40/21 Mb I was already at the tire store when I saw that, unlike the others, the tire I tried to pull using a skid on seemed to cling, requiring me to manually lift it up and remove it. Well-balanced, however the rubber tends to jiggle with time. Turning the wheel took more effort. Aquaplaning in a rut at 120 km/h was a scary experience, but other than that, I was able to place it in wherever I pleased, and it retained all of its contents…

Pros

Cons

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

And to wrap things up: the most wonderful tire for driving on the highway, as well as for wheel maniacs and tire aficionados alike. A regular person living in the city does not require it, and in any case, considering the price, it will not even come close to being profitable! Got pros: Honda CR-V vehicle. Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV 100V in size 225/60 R18 produced in Poland. Comparing it to the Goodyear EfficientGrip SUV in the same size will help me make a more objective assessment of the…

The average product, you can find a better one.

Replaced regular Pirelli Zero Rosso 235/60/R18 on Volvo xc60 with Pilot Sport 4 marked VOL - designed for Volvo. Noise is much higher than stock. Very annoying, because. like on stickers Michelin 70dB, and Pirelli 71dB. . Starts somewhere around 40km/h and is felt at all speeds. I thought I would skate a little, it would become warmer and quieter, but alas, not yet. Drove 1000km, drove at +10 and +25, all waiting for them to subside. I changed the pressure from 2.4 to 2.7 (both are recommended…

Pros
  • Excellent grip, sticks straight to the asphalt. Stylish design. If it wasn't for the noise level it would have been top!
Cons
  • The noise level is terrible. Before that, there were regular Pirelli P Zero Rosso 235/60/R18 (71dB) which I skated several sets in 10 years and they did not make such a noise. I chose according to reviews and took it specially marked VOL-certified for Volvo cars- (70dB on stickers). I don't know how Volvo agreed to certify with such noise?

Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.

has benefits Light. a good balance. Excellent road manners both on dry and wet surfaces has certain drawbacks The car sounds a distinctive rustle, not a rumble, because the acoustic comfort is still excellent, but it is noisier than winter Velcro.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

I replaced the tire on the BMW X5 with a 255/55 R18 one that I had. Suddenly, when we were traveling on the knee stretch of the road, the automobile started behaving in an unusual way. Handling and cornering stability have also been altered as a result of these changes. These are the most impressive wheels among the three different sets of summer tires that were released earlier by various manufacturers.

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

Honda CR-V 4 vehicle. To have the same performance as OEM Michelin Latitude Sport tires, we switched to MICHELIN Pilot Sport 4 SUV 225/60 R18 100V rubber. I am going to contrast with them. traveled a distance greater than 10 million kilometers. In terms of noise, there have been no adjustments and the grade remains at 5 out of 10. You can't exactly say that it's peaceful here, but I wouldn't call it noisy either. You can tell that the automobile has gotten more supple because it is easier to…

Pros
  • Controllability
Cons

Total disappointment, the product is terrible.

12 years of experience, annual mileage of roughly 35,000 kilometers, several types of rubber used, but I had no idea about vulcanization, patches, harnesses, or mushrooms for wheels before purchasing this Michelin. On this tire, which I purchased in May 2022, I averaged just 15,000 miles driven and four punctures each season. The routes are very much always the same, the job is done at home, yet once a month this Michelin gets a puncture. Although tires were purchased as "from more expensive…

Pros
  • A good ride quality, under settings where the vehicle is moving, performs in a way that is very predictable and confident. Excellent performance when turning and braking in the rain; in dry weather, even more so
Cons
  • Punctures, punctures, punctures

Good product for me, no problems at all.

There were Conti Premium Contact 6 before that. Simply said, they are more athletic. My spine collapsed into my jeans as I felt every pebble as a fifth point. The bear still focuses more on comfort. Naturally, discussing comfort at radius 20 is strange, but even so). You won't regret it if you take it. different benefits I'm not sure who posts on this site about how noisy the tires are. r20 on profile 45 - I only hear the engine (and my partner screaming), and it's pleasant to drive around the…

It is strange that people write about the noise; before that, it was the 18th, and I didn't notice any increased noise at all. Now that I have the 20s, in conjunction with the change of automobile, I'm sitting here worrying - it will suddenly make noise))) It is strange that people write about the noise; before that, it was the 18th. I didn't notice any increased noise at all. And the Latitude tour took place on Toyota 15 years ago; I enjoyed it as well, but the seats are substantially softer…

Pros
  • When it comes to competition, peace and order on the water almost never loses!
Cons
  • I was unable to locate it, and the cost is not inexpensive but is comparable to that of other businesses.

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Quality at zero, very sorry for the money spent.

It much improved after the winter continental icecontact 2 suv 235/55 r19 and entered turns at a higher speed. Moving is more pleasant in the sense that it's softer, there's still some uncertainty, there's not much of a distance, and again, after a mild continental winter, it's probably not important. There is noise, of course, but I had hoped for greater stillness. On this car, there is nothing to compare it to; summer tires on other cars have always been considerably quieter, especially those

Pros
  • Comfortable Braking
Cons
  • Price Acoustically uncomfortable, 15.000 miles of wear removed nearly 40% of the tread.

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Low quality, I will not buy this anymore.

The tire is far from comfortable driving. I think it will be good on the Porsche Cayenne Turbo or other sport utility vehicles. But for an everyday car and a comfortable ride, I do not advise. I have a Range Rover Velar with 20" wheels. I think to try to sell after the season and change to the usual Latitude Sport. Not satisfied with the purchase. Some pros: Controllability. As previously written, the tire seems to stick to the asphalt. The steering becomes heavier because of this, the control…

In the manufacture they made some interesting mixture of rubber. When you go on repaired roads on the bottom and arches you can hear all the pebbles. Previously, for 9 years of operation of different tires, this has never happened. Sensation of sand and stones sticking to her. Road holding is excellent. When changing lanes and cornering it fits perfectly. Even when you turn the steering wheel on the spot, it turns reluctantly, as if stuck in the sand. I don’t know if this is a plus or a minus…

Pros
  • -Excellent road holding in dry and wet weather. Designed for aggressive driving. -Uverennaya taxiing at speed, the car "feel" well.
Cons
  • - Noisy. There used to be Bears Latitude were much quieter and softer. Expected more. -Price. Although the production is France, but I think the price tag of 21k per cylinder is horse. -The track is very strongly felt, you have to hold the steering wheel harder. When changing lanes to the next lane, it throws it out of the rut.

Product satisfying the quality of the product, good price.

On the other two cars (PPC and X6) there is Hakka black2, so I will compare with it. Auto GLS, full-time Pirelli 294/40/21 immediately on ebay and took the bear in the amount of 275/45/21 to remove the secrecy. At first, as usual, I wanted to take a hakka (but it has a significant drawback - it’s PPC how quickly it wears out - 102022 tkm and the rest is 5-6 mm), so I decided to try a bear, moreover, I had already encountered this brand a couple of times earlier and my impressions were positive…

Pros
  • Handling, quality, durability.
Cons
  • Very noisy.

Excellent product, the best quality.

The best summer tires for active driving! Sizes 235/60 and 255/55 R18 are on the Porsche Macan. Before that, there were latitude sport 3, and so PS4 wins in all respects. They are more comfortable, a little quieter, but at the same time they have a better grip, it is kind of fantastic. Feeling like the car sticks to the road, especially when +15 and above on the street. Dry and wet 5+. Before Makan I went to the g30, and even earlier on the a5 and put ps4 everywhere. PS4 Suv in the course…

Not a bad buy, well worth the money.

Rubber is great. Company shares are a scam. Has pros: Rubber fresh, very, only from the factory. Holds well, but noisy. Recently moved to an SUV, from a sedan. The sedan had Bears Primacy 3 - the perfect rubber, soft, quiet and keeps excellent. Some cons: Michelin promotion. I took them partly because of the Michelin promotions. I uploaded all the receipts to the Michelin website, but they denied me - there are no receipts. Although in the photo there were both commodity and cash registers. It…
