Recommend reading the reviews you can find by searching internet and believe most - this is a bad casting product. (Here's another one from Revain: http://www.amazon.com/Activa-InstaMold-Mold-Making-Compound/product-reviews/B0042SUKYC) The guide makes this molding process seem easy, but it doesn't accurately describe the waiting time, until the mold has dried and the mixing ratio is not clear (from 1:1 to 1:4). I've tried two simple molds and even a thin coin didn't fully dry in 30 minutes (1:1 ratio), let alone the 3-12 minutes advertised. After the outside finally felt dry, the inside was still too soft (like raw dough). Later, not many details were preserved in the dry cut - mostly only the shape of the coin disc. The product is also misleading when it says "Originals will not be damaged".
