I bought this item for my sister-in-law on November 15th, I thought my daughter would like it too, so I ordered another one on November 21st. a gift, like the first one, I was very upset when I saw the photo of the package that the courier had sent to my email. Not only was the box unprotected, it was standing on my steps and it started to rain. I won't be home in a few hours. The box had all the address and shipping labels on it, the box was scratched, dented and full of holes. The tape that held the box closed ripped. it looked like he'd been kicked into someone's basement for a whole year. It would be nice if I took it for myself and threw the box away, but I also gave it to my daughter and sister-in-law at our family Christmas party. I managed to peel off the labels but when I look at the two boxes together one looks brand new and the other looks used. The product is good and I think they will love it, it's just a gift I'm upset about.
