The previous owner installed it after his car was broken into. No activity after installation. The neighborhood kids also decided not to throw us out the door because they thought we filmed them. The new criminal activity in the area prompted me to purchase another one for a different part of the farm. Installed in minutes. No problem. If you live in a posh neighborhood and bags of upscale scum swarming around, don't expect them to be fooled. But if you live in an area where scumbags can't really tell your ass from a hole in the ground, they'll do their job to fool you. Pros: 1) Glows in the dark to look like an infrared camera 2) Easy to install 3) Inexpensive Cons: 1) Batteries drain pretty quickly 2) Batteries not included 3) Mounting screws not included 4) Comes with crappy sticker "cctv" , which looks like a prop for a low-budget film.
