Easy to assemble and very stable. It even includes the tools needed to assemble it. Fits my two mountain bikes. I even use it to transport them in the back of my truck. Simply place the luggage rack at the front of the bed, place the bikes there and thread the strap from one front hook behind the bikes to the other front hook. No drilling or assembly required and much more stable than hanging bikes over the tailgate. But be careful if you have 26 inch tires with disc brakes. When you install the front wheel, the rotor hits the shock absorber and could be damaged. When you insert the rear wheel, the switch rests against the frame. Suitable for 27.5" and 29" tires.
