Very disappointed with this purchase, everything came quickly and on time but the installation was not easy and not even 30 minutes took over 4 hours and 5 different big holes in my wall before I give up had to get off the anchors and move it to the wall stud but the top holes don't line up with the holes in the middle section so the bars i found don't match the top ledge, the anchors are awful, i followed the instructions The tee and anchors just don't work, they don't even fit the screws so I put the top of the tree in a bolt and the other side in an anchor which has come loose from the wall making the tree wobble the lace and the cats don't like it. untenable. So I'm stuck with it and can't take it off to fix it because the screws are cheap and striped and can't twist anymore, worst nightmare and now my cats have nothing to climb on as I gave away my old tree I haven't seen that thing off walls to bring them back. I just get stuck on that eye, a nightmare waste of time and the money is delivered to BBB as you can't even contact Amazon directly because they are hiding behind the covid 19 excuse. I'm sorry I work full time in a bank and we work from home just poor service everywhere. and even when i wanted to return this nightmare the head of the screws snapped off because it takes so much effort to get them into the wall studs. cheap cheap cheap. and there are marks and shavings of wood where screws and things meet wood that has just chipped. worst experience on amazon, hands down
