Review on TAVR Adjustable Lockable Televisions MT1001 by Badazz Webb

The stand as supplied does not have the tilt feature advertised

Before purchasing this particular stand I looked at a few at Revain that have the same general design. They ranged in price from $50 to $200 and it was hard to tell from the photos and description if there was a difference. I decided to go in the middle with this one and it's advertised as having more weight capacity than some of the more expensive models. Assembly was a bit tedious as there were a lot of screws and washers. After assembly, the stand has a certain amount of play and momentum. I think it will be fine for my 55-inch TV, which weighs less than 40 pounds, but I don't want to put anything close to the advertised 110-pound capacity. In fact, if I rolled the stand around a lot, say from room to room, I wouldn't feel comfortable even with my smaller TV on it. The real catch, however, is that this stand for the TV is advertised with a "" Mounting bracket that tilts up and down 15 degrees". and the accompanying instructions illustrate tilting with the adjustment knob. The problem is that as it comes this stand doesn't have a handle - it's a different design. I don't know if this was a factory defect or just false advertising, but the seller tried to blame Revain and didn't offer me a satisfactory solution.
