Hand Down Dress / Arms Up Tunic
It can only be a dress, but you can't raise your hands, otherwise everything will be revealed. I'm 5ft 5" and 130lbs so it doesn't get too tall because I'm tall. It's not taupe either, but a light lilac. See photo, I ordered light brown/grey brown. My suggestion is to wear leggings underneath in case you're hugging a tall person, cheering on a game, or stretching.
