Well I have the M (I'm male) and it fits my size very well. My waist is about 31/32 and I like that most compression pants/shorts are snug but not too tight. I have a butt too, so you know there's plenty of room! Great bags too. My iPhone 11 Pro Max fits very well without falling out with the case. No impairment when running and training. Definitely recommend them.

Bought these for keys and phone for jogging, hiking, gym and disc golf. I have to say that I am very satisfied. Pockets on both sides. Everything stays in place. My phone bounces a little while I'm working, which bothered me at first, but it didn't move an inch. Now I've forgotten it even exists. Fits a little more. Had to swap for a size down and still not as tight as my other compression shorts but snug enough. Highly recommended.

They are good for running. I wore them under shorts. The side pockets let me leave my running belt at home. The only problem so far is the haircut. They have to be unisex because they don't have a crotch pocket for your stuff. It's not a problem during exercise, but it's a bit uncomfortable when sitting. It's not something I'm going to wear all day. Since I have muscular thighs and buttocks, I would like to increase my waistline.

I love these compression shorts! They fit well and are snug and have pockets on either side for a phone, keys, wallet or whatever. I use it for runs in the park to put my phone and keys in my pockets so they don't dangle. I would recommend wearing another pair of shorts over this as it can be a little revealing. They are for my husband and he likes them. He's worn all three pairs and says they're comfortable and secure enough to hold his wallet, keys and phone while working out. The side bag fits my Moto Z4 with bag and I hardly notice it while running. Running with the phone may require the right size. These shorts are really comfortable! They can be loose if you go up a size or compressed well to support the exercise if you go down a size. They have a pocket on each side (2 total) for your phone, mp3 player, etc. Note that they do NOT have a fly built in, so you'll have to "work around" this.
