These shorts are really comfortable! They can be loose if you go up a size or compressed well to support the exercise if you go down a size. They have a pocket on each side (2 total) for your phone, mp3 player, etc. Note that they do NOT have a fly built in, so you'll have to "work around" this. But since they don't have a visible fly, you can wear them as outerwear during workouts and not look like you're running in your underwear. They stretch in ALL directions, allowing you to move freely despite compression. They also have a nice wide belt. Best of all, they nestle snugly against the body and emphasize the curves of the buttocks and hips - ladies in yoga classes will appreciate them even more! Worn under some long shorts or trousers, they allow for easy on and off of outerwear and allow freedom of movement without constricting.
