Not super sticky after 1 application
This definitely cannot be used more than once or twice. My daughter took it off her napkins and I tried to put it back on but it always lagged behind. I think they could use more tape or glue so it can be used again. This works if you have a torn bag of baby wipes and you can put them on top, but I don't think this was used more than once until those baby wipes were gone.
