I GIVE NO STARS if possible. This is a beautiful product. However, when I asked my jeweler to change the size of the bracelet, he told me that Seiko honors the warranty unless the Seiko warranty card is filled out by the SELLER (WatchSavings in my case). The product was advertised with a manufacturer's warranty, but it was WRONG. Numerous calls to WatchSavings for more details and possibly a solution went unanswered. Also, the jeweler informed me that low prices could mean the item was (1) confiscated, (2) possibly stolen. I'm fed up and sending the product back. I will buy this watch from a reputable jeweler.
