I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this product but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the installation looked. It comes with a quality styling tool, the hair is very strong and all the strands stayed in place when I stroked it to check for hair loss. I didn't get a chance to install the hair and this will be my first experience. but I'm looking forward to a smooth install and so far I'm very happy with the product and would be shocked if it didn't give me the results I wanted. Definitely recommend! The only thing I would like to point out, and that doesn't detract from the product itself, is that it must come with instructions. For other beginners who have never set this style before, it's counterintuitive on how all this is supposed to work and I'll have to find instructions elsewhere. I'm not deducting 5 stars just because I'm reviewing the hair myself, but a clear indication that the brand comes with instructions.
