Bought this for our big boy Malcom. This is a Burmese cat, so he's quite a big cat. He is owned by neighbors down the street, but he adopted us and rarely leaves our home. He is an outdoor cat (of his own accord) most of the time, but he likes to nap indoors. So I wanted to buy him a little cat house where he can rest and have some security. Assembly was easy but a little tricky as you have to hold one part in place to attach another but I managed. It's not the best quality as part of the front of the house broke off when I was putting it together. I think I was too rough with it. In any case. Malcolm likes this. Does he like it more than what he perceives in his real home? no But he uses it sometimes, but now that he's warmed up he doesn't wear it very often. The small bed it comes with is quite soft. And it's nice. We keep it for him on the porch and haven't noticed any mold or fungus so far. And luckily no dead lizards (he destroyed his last cat house and left a dead lizard in it that I haven't seen in days).
