It's easy to use, it has all of my integrations I need (Facebook Messenger/Webhooks).
We're able solve problems with our customers very quickly as we have access to their data in real time - no waiting days or weeks between issues reported by users! Also great that they are constantly improving this product so you don't feel like your using "beta" software when reporting an issue from one day ago!! Nothing really at this point but would love if there was some way to see what percentage each app is used within empoyees daily usage patterns etc.. This could be helpful in figuring out how much traffic certain features get vs others which helps us prioritize development efforts accordingly.-.
