Bugzilla-like tool for Android apps

It has helped us in terms of reporting bugs and crashes, notifying users about app issues etc. I also like its user interface which is easy to use even by newbies (which are quite common at our workplace). Nothing much that i am unhappy with as such! A bit expensive than other platforms out there but still worth it if you have enough resources to afford them. We're solving some major problems regarding bug tracking & crash logs analysis using this software. There's nothing more satisfying when

  • Easy setup
  • Reporting Bug/Crash Issues for iOS apps.
  • Notifications sent via App Store Connect or Apple Developer portal directly from within tool itself without any additional coding effort required; hence no need anymore go through tedious manual steps every time an update needs be released into production environment !!!No code needed just few clicks
Cons
  • Cost effective solution compared too many tools available nowadays..but yes pricing could definitely do better!
  • No real support options whatsoever

Amazing tool for bug and customer satisfaction tracking

It's easy to use, it has all of my integrations I need (Facebook Messenger/Webhooks). We're able solve problems with our customers very quickly as we have access to their data in real time - no waiting days or weeks between issues reported by users! Also great that they are constantly improving this product so you don't feel like your using "beta" software when reporting an issue from one day ago!! Nothing really at this point but would love if there was some way to see what percentage each…
