Review on ☕ Bialetti Moka Mukka Express Coffee Maker - Small Size, Aluminum Material by Chad Michels

Don't lose the included glass; great little machine!

Excellent milk frother! It takes time but it's worth it. It turns out two very small cups for two, or a cup of cappuccino for one. I use Bialetti Moka Milano Morbido for espresso and organic milk. Use the included glass to measure out water (that's just under 150ml of water for a gas stove) and about 150ml of milk (preheated in the microwave for about 35 seconds, a necessary step). Don't rely on the gauge line in the lower water tank - that's too much water and it will spill over onto your cooker. Trust me, that's about 150ml of water and 150ml of warmed milk (almond milk works too). Cook on a gas stove over medium heat for about 5 minutes. After pouring the cappuccino, rinse the upper bowl and fill it with water to keep the milk proteins from clogging the device. I'm glad I got it. All hand wash and air dry. I've found that you get the best lather and lather when all the components are dry beforehand. I made a couple of cappuccinos and there was very little foam. But I didn't care because for me the coffee drink became coffee with milk, and I live in Louisiana so that suits me.
