I purchased this item to remove water from the floor to ceiling glass door/enclosure of my steam shower. I like the long reach of the handle. I also like the grout brush which is well shaped to clean tiled walls and ceilings. The problem with this wiper is that the rubber blade is so thick and ribbed that it makes a noise like squeaky brakes or nails on a board. In addition, the rubber blade glides over the glass regardless of the pressure applied. It leaves streaks and marks on the glass that I had to go back and buff with a soft cloth. I would not recommend this product for cleaning shower doors and surfaces.
