Review for black, beaded eyeglass chain holder.The quality of this eyeglass chain has made me swear off buying cheapo eyeglass chains at one of those dollar-type stores! This eyeglass chain is STURDY on all points: The beaded chain, the metal clasps and links, the metal caps attached to the ends of the chain, and the thick, adjustable rubber loops. I tugged a bit on the metal caps at the end of the beaded chain and it felt like a strong hold. The chain is a good length to boot, so easy over/off your head. Took off one star due to the heavy weight of the chain & the gaudy-looking gold accents. First photo shows a cheap, thin, eyeglass chain on the left & the beaded black chain on the right.Pros:- Very sturdy! (see description above)- Chain is a good length, so easy over/off your head- Beaded chain has rubber-like texture and didn't feel scratchy to me- Price also includes two (2) extra adjustable rubber loops & a cloth to clean to your glasses- Rubber holders can easily accommodate thick eyeglass arms, e.g., sunglasses- Can be used as a mask holder by removing the rubber loops & attaching to the clasps- Double-duty; Can also be worn as a necklace or braceletCons:- Chain holder is heavy & may be annoying to wear for some individuals- Agree with other reviewer that the bright gold links are gaudy-looking.
