It’s a big hat and will shade your face but it has a string for "sizing” - like a draw string on a waist band. The hat was too big but the draw string thing felt unnatural.

This hat does not flop or reshape. It has a sturdiness to it that makes it feel more like a sombrero than a beach hat. Good for sun protection at peak hours. If you want to use it before or after you must move the hat, not the brim.

Once I ironed out the creases after it being in my suitcase when I went on vacation, it was cute. I liked the way I was able to bend the rim however I wanted. There was a small area where it had started to unravel. But, I was able burn the end to stop it. It wasn’t worth sending the hat back for. Overall, I really like it.

It was a last minute buy and it was perfect! I was worried with my locs it wouldn't fit, but it did, and it had a strap just in case. It does need ironing because of how it is shipped.

PERFECT! Big and floppy and so yellow. It’s really perfect. Stays on head well even without using the strap. Covers my shoulders well. The only think I don’t like is that the bow looks a little cheap compared to the picture and it’s glued on so that if you use the strap it’s on the side of your head not the back. It’s so cute though! Think I will order a few more colors.

I loved this hat. I personalized it myself and put my new last name on it for our honeymoon in Hawaii. It fit great, the material was sturdy, held up in the Hawaii wind! I loved that it had a chin strap so it wouldn’t fly away when I was walking. The bow ribbon on top was cute :)

This was an impulse buy that I threw in with a beach-themed Mother's Day gift my kids and I put together for my wife. Wow! Really great hat. She loves it and it looks great on her. Super fashionable - has that floppy look that seems very "in" now but it keeps its shape, stays on her head (even when windy) and looks pretty glam with a pair of big sunglasses! This hubby did good.

The hat was folded in half for shipping. Apparently it stayed that way for a long time because a month later I still haven't been able to get the crease out of it. It looks very silly. On the plus side, it's very floppy, providing great shade for face, neck, and shoulders. The blue is very pretty, too. It's a bit too large for practical travel usage, more of a sitting outside at home to keep the sun off sort of thing.

Was concerned because it arrived a little floppier than I'd like, but I dampened the brim with a wet cloth and left it on a flat surface, as another reviewer suggested, and after that it was perfect. VERY cute hat. love the color and style that i think will be great during my vacation. has an elastic strap inside to keep said hat from flying off your melon (although i don’t think anyone would actually use it). overall a great purchase BUT for the fact it’s sent FOLDED so now the hat has a huge ‘fold’ mark on it and there is absolutely no way of getting rid of it! so if you pack it up in your suitcase, prepare yourself forwrinkles and folds.

I love the look of this hat I purchased it to go with a pin up swim suit for the beach I wanted to feel very "old Hollywood” on the beach and I love love love this hat it really brings the whole look together

The hat has a wired brim so you will have to do some shaping. It is not a truly floppy hat due to the wire, however, it can create the allusion of floppy which is a plus for windy days.

Black one It's as you see very pretty however very floppy. overall I liked it but I do feel that the poor packaging prevents the hat from being ready to wear without training it. and the yellow smh.is a lot more mustard than yellow

You definitely have to steam the hat to get rid of wrinkles and creases but other than that, no issues.I just sprayed it with a little water and hung it in the bathroom while I took a hot shower. Then I kind of rubbed the creases flat until everything looked smooth. It's made of a pliable material so it wasn't hard at all to stop it from looking like a folded piece of paper

I like that you can mold and shape it how you please it's lightweight and can easily be folded into your bag or luggage. It's big and is also big head, or long hair friendly. Also comes with a chin strap for added stability.
