I gave one star because they provided an installation video before I received the replacement which was pretty quick when the first one didn't work. The screen digitizer was not responding so I asked for a replacement. The second replacement worked for 10-15 minutes and then the screen digitizer stopped working, just like the first one. Very disappointed and upset that I had to replace and return the part twice. I've ordered a third one from another supplier while it's working. They may have been faulty products, but I'm not sure if I can get other products from them.
