DO NOT BUY! in foot, hand and nail care

Not recommended. I bought them because they were cheap for these kind of bits. I should just stick with professional brands. You are not working! I am a licensed nail designer and I work with a professional drill. I tried removing the hard gel pad and it doesn't even penetrate to remove the gel polish that is on top of the pad. I use this drill at 20rpm which is pretty fast. At this speed, a good quality carbide bur would remove all of the paint.
