Bought for my always working hands and for my husband who has arthritis. It was packaged nicely and protected with a thick layer of foam on all sides inside the box. I love that the outer part of this massager is made of smooth silicone and has a sleek matte look, while the inner lining is made of soft, silky fabric. There are 6 intensity levels and 6 massage modes to choose from, which you can mix according to your preferences and needs during use. And an additional choice for vibration or heat. It's easy to use. It doesn't work on charging, but a charge lasts a long time, making it more portable. To use, simply press the on/off button and then select the intensity level and mode. You can add vibration and/or heat at any time during a massage cycle. It will turn itself off after completing a full massage cycle, or it can be turned off at any time by pressing the off button.
