electric blankets can be quite cumbersome. It seems they just stopped working these days. I will update this review after over a year. or exits. The features of this blanket are everything I wanted. Light, SOFT, comfortable handling. And I practically stole it for $39.99 earlier this week. It was the only color that didn't cost $65 or more. Revane said it would be a few weeks before it was back in stock. I couldn't press the "Buy" button fast enough. In fact, it was only sent after 2 days. He just arrived today. I see the price has gone back up to $65. I've been lucky so far. I'll be back. UPDATE May 15, 2020: First night test, I turned it on max 45 minutes before bed (I roamed the streets thinking about those cold winter nights and came home with cold feet and frozen to the bone). HOT. This item is hot! I climbed into the oven! PERFECT! Some duvets barely get warm. I turned it off because it's not that cold here in May. Around 5am the temp dropped to 40 so I turned on level 1 (the lowest). Perfect again. Enough to take the chill off the blanket. I'm only covered with a very thin microfiber sheet, this comforter and a VERY THIN comforter. Very little weight for me. I slept like a baby. I'll be back.
