This teeth whitening product has everything you need. Whitening gel (several syringes), tray and light. It even tastes like the gel I've used at my orthodontist in the past, although maybe not as strong because I've never felt jittery with this set. 12 treatments, I've lost count. I definitely see a difference. Of course it took me a few days to get to this point, but it's easy and worth it. I usually had two sessions in a row while checking email or something. At first my teeth were quite white but now they have a less yellowish hue and I will make sure to use up the rest of the gel that came with the kit to maximize results. My husband and children both agree that my teeth look better now. Easy to use and should definitely change the whiteness of your smile, just prepare to go through the entire set if you want to see the best improvement. One or two treatments will not help. Good buy!
