Review on 🔈 SVS PB-1000 Black Ash 10" Ported Subwoofer with 300Watt DSP Control: Unleash Powerful Bass by Eathan Wilson

I bought this sub as a much needed upgrade to my Polk PSW108 which I got a few years ago. I've been slowly upgrading my sound system and it's time to get a good subwoofer. I did a lot of research and many people pointed out SVS subwoofers. I combine watching movies and listening to music through my sound system. The first thing I did after connecting and calibrating the subwoofer was listening to music. I tried a few songs with bass. They sound great on this subwoofer! They were nice and crispy and filled the space well. Not mushy at all. After listening to the music, I decided to test the subwoofer. In this test, the subwoofer ran through multiple frequencies to test its response. When he started playing, it seemed to me that someone grabbed my head and shook it. This subwoofer can hit both deep and hard. I haven't had a chance to watch quality action movies with him yet, but I have no doubt he should be able to handle it. So far I'm definitely liking the subwoofer and will most likely order a second one over time. EDIT: I bought a second subwoofer and it sounds fantastic! It's kind of funny because at one point I updated the firmware in my receiver and it messed up my settings and I didn't realize it until I tried watching a movie and the subwoofer sounded terrible. In an attempt to pinpoint the problem, I turned the subwoofer up to full volume and all the windows in my house shook. These subs are awesome and definitely worth it.
