I like the look of the shorts but wanted to warn people that the waist measurement doesn't match their size. He works quite a lot. According to the size chart, I ordered size 12-14 (L) and the belt is very tight. I was afraid the next size would be too big so I kept it but ordered the next size 16-18 (XL) to try. These are only maybe a half inch wider at the waistband, which is doable for me, but still very tight. For reference, I'm 5'4", 150 pounds and usually wear a size 12 pants (give or take size depending on the brand). They match my swim top better than any others I've seen. Me just wanted to warn people when choosing a size, if you have very narrow hips you can go up a size what was said and I liked it.
