Review on ⌚ Sport Silicone Watch in 40MM Size by Vera Lewis

The watch is beautiful but difficult to put on, it takes practice to close the clasp. Only wore the watch for a couple of weeks and one of the crystals fell out on the face of the watch. This is one of 4 accent crystals. When I contacted the Guess warranty service, they said they wanted to cover the shipping cost for the repair and the shipping cost for the return shipping after the repair. I bought the watch 2 months ago and only wore it 5 times. Never wore it while doing housework or kept it near water. So by the time I got the watch fixed I'd spent 30% of the cost just to replace a small glass. It's a shame that the customer service and guarantee for Guess watches is so bad.
