My last bedding set I bought was from Kohl in 2010 and it was a Madison Park set. I treasured this set for 6 years and it finally broke when my fiance and I moved into our new home we built knowing we were going to need a new set of comforters. I was so happy with the latest Madison Park set that I knew I wanted to stick with this brand. In addition, the sets always have pleasant colors and decorative pillows. It was hard to find a set that we could both agree on; I knew I wanted something very soft and light. But I've found that many of these quilts are often shiny, spiky, and poorly sewn. After much searching we both decided that we could live with the red, brown and tan theme as it would suit our bedroom and not be too girly. I read some negative reviews that the sewing of the duvet was poor and that the overall quality was poor. When my package arrived, the first thing I did was carefully check the quality. I wasn't surprised that I didn't have any issues and was very happy with how the material felt. It's light enough not to overheat at night, but not so thin that you get cold. It also looks very stylish and clean. I would recommend anyone purchasing this set to choose a size larger than what you need. We have a queen bed and chose a king bed so we have plenty of duvets. It looks amazing because it hangs over the edges of the bed and looks nice and full. You also don't have to worry about the bedding not matching as this set does NOT come with bedding which is fine with me! Overall I am very happy with my new Madison Park duvet set and will definitely be staying with this brand in the future!
