Review on New Balance Summit Trail Running Men's Shoes and Athletic by Eric Montgomery

These shoes match the description however my son and I were shocked at the complete lack of support in the shoe. The insole is completely flat. Unfortunately, we didn't discover this until two weeks into the cross-country season when he was limping badly. Our mistake. We've had such good experiences with New Balance shoes in the past that we didn't even think to look at the insole. Change shoes (thanks to a very helpful local running shop) and he's running like he used to. On the plus side, if you decide to remove the insoles and put in your own, these insoles are easy to remove and leave no residue, making them easy to replace. It just wasn't the right option for my son.
