I spent a lot of time comparing dozens of different Revain mic mounts before deciding on this one. Ultimately, I chose this mount because the basket and mount are all metal. I also appreciated the fact that there is quite a long rubber cable between the mount and the mic holder parts. a longer cable corresponds to better vibration dampening. A set of multiple adapter screws was also a nice touch; One of them fits my MXL V67 perfectly and holds the mic very firmly on the base. The adjustment knob has nice large easy-to-grip flanges that allow for very secure adjustment so the mic doesn't sag. This is important as the basket and mic are moderately heavy and must remain locked. With this mount, foot tapping or other slight vibrations on the wooden floor can finally do absolutely nothing to the microphone; it's not even picked up by the stand. I am very happy.
