Review on Petitebella USA Heart Puppy Dog Dress Black Stripes Medium by Kyle Hoes

I bought the white dress with the giant heart and blue skirt with American flags on it. Love it, came as described, at fit very nicely (with a little room to spare)--my chihuahua-mix dog fell under the 'medium size' category (neck: 9.5-10 in, length: 10 in, girth: 15).To me, it looks/feels like great quality. The large heart is actually a semi-stiff 'patch' glued snugly onto the shirt, which I highly appreciate (patches last longer). The hems are nicely sewn. The skirt is soft, satin/silky one-sided material, not lined (a single layer) and the design is one-sided, but the skirt is also long, so it doesn't actually matter, since it won't easily flip-up (except when you have a dog with a very waggy tail, then the bottom part that hands over the tail probably will). lolI love long dresses though, it's perfectly patriotic, and super cute. Highly recommended. Just, don't be rough with it, ofc.
