Yes...they really are able to hold my swords against the wall without the horrible falling sound. There are a lot of clear adhesive hooks with different hook sizes. I bought one that had a really big hook and was rated for the same weight...but the plastic piece that attached the hook to it broke off. Another similar clear adhesive hook with a much smaller metal hook that's so well made it's almost impossible to remove? Anyway, I'm a big fan of clear adhesive hooks and have used them on a lot of work with great results; but if you need something to hang towels or swords (is that a weird combination?); but if you want a serious hook that meets your weight limit, try these great ones.
