When I opened my package I was surprised to find that there was no actual box for the dehydrator. It was just sitting in the box wrapped in bubble wrap. I was even more upset when I unwrapped the bubble wrap to see that 3 out of the 5 plastic dehydrator plates had been shattered. And if that wasn’t enough, there was no instruction manual or recipe booklet in the box either. It seems like something someone didn’t want anymore and just threw in a box and shipped it to me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered a replacement but kinda expecting a similar experience.
