The ability to assign multiple people to an item makes this app very useful in my business. I can also see how much time has been spent completing any project that was assigned to me which helps immensely with accountability! There's nothing really bad about it but there could be more features added (like assigning sub-tasks). It does what its supposed to do so no complaints here. If you're looking for something simple that will help your team accomplish their goals efficiently, then look into using snap fix. We've definitely seen improvements since installing this software. Projects have become easier to manage as well as keeping track of who worked on each one. This allows us to know exactly when our deadlines are being met or missed.
