I bought the miniature popover pan not to make popovers per se, but to make Thomas Keller's famous bouchon. It uses silicone, but I just don't like silicone or plastic if I can avoid it. This is the perfect answer. This is my 13th Nordicware pan so I knew what I needed with quality and durability. As long as you butter and flour the pan, it works beautifully. I've made popovers from the box recipe a few times since then, and they've been a quick and enjoyable addition to various spreads and cheeses. And Bouchon. they are awesome and fortunately there are only 12 of them because they are very addictive.
