I think this shirt fits like it should. I only bought the large because I wanted it to be a little looser on me, which it is. I didn't realize it was almost like a mesh material. It's perfect for working out, keeping you toned and cool. The only thing I don't like is that the hand holes are very big. This is good because it creates more airflow, but I'm not sure how I feel about its looks. But since it's just for training, it doesn't matter.
