Don't press too hard
I have a cricket spatula and I love it, I use it for a lot of things and it works great for removing paper from my carpet etc. I thought I would save money, a thin metal spatula flexes with slight pressure and even tries to remove the cardboard. It's thin and nothing like the original apart from the shape. Don't waste money.
