Review on ASUS XG49VQ Curved Gaming Monitor with FreeSync: πŸ–₯️ 3840X1080P, 144Hz, Height Adjustment, Blue Light Filter and HDMI Support by Monty Haile

worth your money

This monitor is a monster and beautiful. I don't regret the purchase at all. I give 4 stars for two reasons. The monitor stand needs to be sawn off so that the base snaps around the neck. You could see where the extra material was on the plate that slides into the neck, so it must just be a manufacturing issue. Luckily I had a metal file handy and after about 10 minutes of filing it came together as expected. The second reason is that the parallel screen feature is inconvenient and doesn't work as expected. Not to mention you have to go into the actual monitor settings to change the configuration. Windows doesn't recognize it as multiple monitors like I was hoping. A small thing, but still worth mentioning. The looks and performance of this monitor far outweigh any inconveniences.
