I often order third party toner cartridges because I feel they have fewer problems than other brands of inkjet inks. In theory, it's just the same size toner powder in a compatible plastic cartridge. so as long as the cartridge fits and the printer registers it, it should work without any problems. Otherwise, I think you will have to replace the drum and cartridge again. As with any toner cartridge change, I usually shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the toner is evenly distributed before use. Although I haven't installed this particular cartridge yet, it appears to be the same size and shape as the used cartridge I keep for this purpose. This brand offers two cartridges for about 40% less than the original cartridge. and I rate it four stars. As always, remember that each batch of these bulk generics may be different. and differences in product preferences. If you have serious concerns, you should buy very expensive Brother OEM toner cartridges. For your health!
